Partecipation in events and fairs

During events and fairs in which Pardo Yachts is present, you may request information about our yachts. Data are therefore collected to ensure you receive those information and manage the potential sales process, also via dealers (third parties) through which Cantiere del Pardo distributes its yachts to end customers, to whom your information will consequently be communicated.

Retention period: The time necessary to fulfill your request.

Sending of commercial communications

To send you commercial communications related to Cantiere del Pardo and its brands (Pardo Yachts, Grand Soleil Yachts, Van Dutch Yachts) via email and phone and to conduct market research to assess your satisfaction level regarding the products/services offered.

Retention period: Until you revoke your consent.

Profiling

To send you personalised marketing communications based on the boats you own or purchased and, in general, based on your interests, requests and interactions with us. 

Categories of data: data relating to the yachts you own and any information collected through online forms and relating to boats in which you have expressed an interest (brand and type), as well as navigation area. 

Legal basis: Your consent, which you may revoke at any time by writing to data.protection@calzedonia.com or by clicking on the link at the bottom of the communications.

Retention period: Five years from the date of collection.

DISCLOSING, SHARING AND TRANSFER OF YOUR DATA

Your data are not disclosed but are communicated to the staff and suppliers of Cantiere del Pardo (e.g., service providers, IT platforms, or consultants). Additionally, if necessary and required by law, your data will be disclosed to public authorities upon their request.

Your data may be transferred outside the EU; however, this will always be done in compliance with the guarantees and safeguards provided by the regulations on personal data.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

The GDPR grants you certain rights regarding your personal data which you can exercise by writing to data.protection@calzedonia.com. You will receive a response as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days. You may need to provide additional information if, in relation to your request, it is necessary to verify your identity.

  • RIGHT OF ACCESS: You have the right to know if your data is being processed and, if so, to obtain a copy of such data. You also have the right to be informed about: the origin of the data, the categories of personal data processed, the recipients of the data, the purposes of the processing, the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling), the data retention period, and the rights granted to you under the GDPR.
  • RIGHT TO ERASURE: You have the right to request that your data be deleted if it is no longer needed or if the Controller is no longer authorized to process them.
  • RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION: You have the right to obtain rectification or integration if your data is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • RIGHT TO PORTABILITY: You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; you also have the right to request that such data be transmitted to another Controller;
  • RIGHT TO RESTRICTION OF PROCESSING: You have the right to obtain the restriction of processing when you have contested the accuracy of personal data, for the period during which the Data Controller carries out verifications; Data Controller is not authorized to process your data and, instead of requesting their deletion, you can request to limit their use; if the data Data Controller holds – even if they are no longer necessary for the purposes of the processing for which they were collected – are necessary for you to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim;
  • RIGHT TO WITHDRAW THE CONSENT: You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time for processing based on it.

Additionally, if you believe that the processing of your personal data concerning you is carried out in violation of the provisions of the GDPR, you have the RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT with the supervisory authority.
